Location: Weatherford, TX (Travel Throughout the DFW Metroplex)
Job Type: Part-Time (Potential to Become Full-Time)

We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to help maintain our corporate headquarters, DFW service centers, and company-owned rental properties.

What You'll DoEvery day is different. Your responsibilities may include:
Perform general building maintenance and repairs at our corporate headquarters, DFW service centers, and rental properties
Complete basic plumbing repairs and fixture replacements
Perform minor electrical repairs, including switches, outlets, lighting, and troubleshooting
Conduct basic HVAC maintenance and preventative upkeep
Complete carpentry projects, drywall repairs, painting, and general improvements
Repair or replace doors, locks, windows, trim, flooring, and other building components
Perform preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and company assets
Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues before they become costly repairs
Maintain company grounds and assist with exterior upkeep as needed
Complete work orders accurately, safely, and efficiently
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in a clean and organized manner
Respond to occasional maintenance emergencies when necessary
Travel throughout the DFW Metroplex to maintain company facilities and complete repair projects
Experience in facilities maintenance, commercial building maintenance, handyman work, construction, or a related skilled trade
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance
HVAC experience is a plus, but not required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and safely operate power tools and equipment
