Job Description
Performs routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to internal and external customers.
Skills
1. Typing speed of 40 wpm.
2. Excellent listening, writing and oral communication skills.
3. Excellent Customer Service Skills.
4. Excellent Organizational Skills to demonstrate initiative to work in fast pace environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demands.
5. Proficient in use of personal computer including word processing, presentations, database management, and spreadsheet applications.
6. High level of interpersonal skills and ability to work on issues of a sensitive nature.
7. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
8. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Work Experience
Two years previous clerical and administrative work-related experience required, preferably in a clinical setting.
License/Registration/Certification
Current CPR training required.
Education and Training
High school diploma or equivalent.
