Location: Oberlin, OH
Hours: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You'll Do
As a CNC Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality machined components by:
Setting up and operating CNC mills and grinders to manufacture precision parts.
Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and production documentation.
Changing fixtures, tooling, and tooling offsets while ensuring accurate machine setup.
Editing CNC programs and adjusting G & M Codes, speeds, and feeds for optimal performance.
Inspecting finished parts using precision measuring equipment including micrometers and calipers.
Troubleshooting machining issues and collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area while consistently meeting quality and production goals.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who has:
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience setting up and operating CNC machinery
Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
Knowledge of G & M Codes and program editing
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk throughout the workday
Frequently bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance
Lift up to 35 pounds
Work comfortably in a manufacturing environment with machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
