Job Description
Mechanical Air Conditioning Corp. is a family-owned HVAC company that has proudly served South Florida for over 35 years. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warranty Coordinator to join our New Construction Department.
This is a full-time, in-office position located at our Riviera Beach, Florida office.
As the Warranty Coordinator, you are the primary point of contact for our customers and vendors for warranty-related service requests. This position coordinates warranty services from start to finish while ensuring outstanding customer service, accurate documentation and timely resolution.

As the Warranty Coordinator, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels regarding warranty products and services.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to repair or replace products.
- Verify warranty for equipment and parts.
- Schedule service appointments and assign technicians using the Service Titan dispatching system.
- Communicate with customers regarding warranty coverage, claim status, scheduling, and warranty responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate customer records, warranty documentation, and service history.
- Enter warranty orders, and other required information into company systems.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous customer service or warranty coordination experience preferred.
- HVAC, construction, or home services experience is a plus.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
- Pre employment background check and drug screen required.
