Main purpose of the role
The Operations Analyst, France is responsible for managing key customer accounts within their assigned region, overseeing the full order lifecycle from order placement through final delivery. The role involves close coordination with Sales, Operations, customers, and warehouse partners to ensure efficient order processing, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing the regional orderbook, identifying replenishment opportunities, resolving operational issues, and supporting broader sales and operational initiatives.
This role requires tasks to be completed for both the operations team in the EMEA head office and the in-market sales team in Spain.
Key duties and responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
Other responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with various clerical duties relating to customer compliance. Specifics: complete customer catalogues using Jakks pricing, logistics data, images, and item codes. Collaborate with customers directly to ensure the order process runs smoothly (from beginning to end).
- Follow up with customers. Specifics : review POS data and customer inventory to solicit replenishment orders. Prepare inventory reports and communicate with various customers to determine which stock needs to be replenished.
- Provide support for miscellaneous operational or sales initiatives as needed, including special projects, one-off campaigns, or urgent stock adjustments. Use understanding of different aspects of the business to complete miscellaneous tasks as necessary. Provide support when needed to various members of the Jakks team.

- Compensation: JAKKS Pacific offers a competitive salary. Compensation for this role is commensurate with experience, qualifications, locations, and education and typically ranges from €38,000 - €45,000
