Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot enterprise systems, servers, desktops, and IT infrastructure. The role includes system installation, configuration, monitoring, backup and recovery, patching, cybersecurity, and Tier 1–3 technical support.

• Active Directory Administration

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade servers, operating systems, and hardware.

• Monitor system performance, logs, backups, and security.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system updates.

• Support GIS and Asset Management applications as needed.

• Maintain technical documentation, system inventory, and change records.

• Provide excellent customer service and Tier 1–3 support.
