Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day residential concrete operations across multiple projects
- Manage schedules, manpower, subcontractors, materials, and production timelines
- Coordinate directly with homebuilders, field teams, and operations leadership
- Supervise residential concrete work including:
- Foundations
- Driveways
- Sidewalks
- Curb and gutter
- Flatwork
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
- Conduct site visits, monitor production, and troubleshoot field issues as they arise
- Help drive accountability, communication, and productivity across crews
- Maintain strong relationships with builders, vendors, and field personnel
- 5+ years of Residential Concrete Superintendent experience
- Strong understanding of residential concrete operations and production scheduling
- Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and multiple active projects
- Ability to read plans and coordinate field execution
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced residential construction environment
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a strong plus
- Someone who is hands-on, dependable, organized, and ready to lead from the field
