This leadership role sits at the intersection of visual production, immersive technology, and operational team management within a fast-growing proptech environment. The position is responsible for guiding a team that delivers high-quality graphics and VR-enabled visual experiences used to support data-driven real estate insights and client engagement. It blends hands-on production knowledge with people leadership, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and at a consistently high creative standard. The role plays a key part in optimizing workflows, improving cross-functional collaboration, and scaling production capabilities across multiple product lines. It requires strong technical fluency in 3D visualization and rendering processes, paired with the ability to lead teams and drive accountability. This is a highly collaborative position that directly impacts client satisfaction, product quality, and operational performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Graphics Project Managers, ensuring strong performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Oversee project allocation, timelines, and delivery quality to ensure all visual production outputs meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Establish and continuously improve production workflows, including project kickoff, execution, quality assurance, and final delivery processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for graphics production systems, 3D visualization tools, and VR content management workflows.
- Identify and resolve complex production challenges while driving operational consistency across multiple projects and product lines.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Product, Finance, and Client Solutions teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery.
- Manage key client relationships by supporting communication, setting expectations, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Drive process optimization initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional coordination.
- Support billing accuracy and project tracking through timely and precise reporting from project teams.
- 7+ years of experience in project management within visual production, media production, real estate tech, or related environments.
- 2+ years of leadership or people management experience, with a proven ability to develop and motivate teams.
- Strong technical understanding of 3D visualization, rendering pipelines, and production tools used in graphics or VR workflows.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements in fast-paced production environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and support account success.
