  • Proven experience leading large-scale, global, and cross-functional change initiatives, ideally within HR environments
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex change concepts into clear messages
  • Experience designing and executing structured change plans including communications, training, and adoption strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess change impacts, identify root causes, and define solutions
  • Coaching and leadership capability, with experience supporting senior leaders through transformation
  • Change management certification or formal training is a plus (e.g., Prosci or equivalent)
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with bonus eligibility based on performance and experience
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions
  • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements (remote-friendly role)
