Job Description
The Burnaby Association for Community Inclusion (BACI) is a community living organization that supports people with developmental disabilities across the life span to live a ‘good life.’ Our Community Inclusion (Day Program) is looking for a Community Support Worker to work with people to pursue activities in the community based on individual interests, gifts, and defined goals. This role supports people to become active members of the community discovering and engaging with places of belonging.
POSITION: Regular Part-Time Community Support Worker
LOCATION: Community Based - Coquitlam
SALARY: $25.95/hour
HOURS: 30 hours/week
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (10am-4pm)

Qualifications for this position include:
Graduation from a Community College with an appropriate diploma or certificate in Human Services OR an equivalent of education and experience. A valid unrestricted BC Class 5 Driver’s License is required.
This position is open to all candidates and requires Union membership. This position requires completion of Criminal Record Search as per the Criminal Record Review Act, TB screening and up-to-date vaccinations.
