You will lead the strategy and execution of the full direct-to-consumer journey, overseeing how customers discover, engage with, purchase, and remain connected to the brand across digital channels. Combining commercial insight with product vision, this role sits at the intersection of ecommerce performance, customer experience, and digital innovation. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact digital experiences that drive conversion, retention, and long-term customer value. The position requires both strategic leadership and operational excellence, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and premium brand execution. This is an ideal opportunity for a leader who thrives in high-growth, consumer-focused environments and is passionate about building category-defining digital experiences.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the digital product and ecommerce strategy across web and app experiences, ensuring alignment with commercial and brand objectives.
  • Drive the product roadmap in partnership with engineering and design teams, with accountability for execution quality, delivery, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Oversee experimentation and A/B testing programs to optimize conversion rates, average order value, customer retention, and lifetime value.
  • Lead digital merchandising strategies, including product presentation, upsell opportunities, subscription mechanics, and promotional initiatives.
  • Ensure exceptional site performance, accessibility, speed, and overall customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to align pricing, segmentation, and personalization strategies with broader business goals.
  • Manage the digital execution of product launches, ensuring cohesive and commercially effective customer experiences.
  • Serve as the primary digital product leader across cross-functional discussions involving ecommerce, growth, pricing, and customer experience.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team capable of operating autonomously while maintaining a strong culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Translate customer insights, analytics, and experimentation results into actionable strategies that support long-term growth.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in digital product management, ecommerce, or direct-to-consumer businesses, preferably within subscription-based or premium consumer brands.
  • Proven ability to define product vision and strategy in high-growth or evolving business environments.
  • Strong expertise in conversion optimization, customer experience strategy, and ecommerce performance metrics.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, product marketing, and commercial functions.
  • Analytical fluency with experience in experimentation design, cohort analysis, customer segmentation, and performance modeling.
  • Ability to connect digital experience decisions to measurable business outcomes and communicate strategic tradeoffs effectively to executive stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across departments and align teams around shared goals.
  • High standards for digital craftsmanship, brand consistency, and premium customer experiences.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms, subscription systems, personalization tools, or Shopify ecosystems is considered a strong advantage.
  • Background in health, wellness, or consumer brands is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment within the United States.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $250,000 to $275,000 USD, plus equity opportunities.
  • Fully remote work environment across the United States.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans with generous employer contributions.
  • Mental health support including therapy sessions, coaching, meditation tools, and wellness resources.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching and immediate vesting.
  • Paid parental leave with flexible return-to-work support.
  • Generous paid time off including vacation days, sick leave, personal days, recharge days, and paid holidays.
  • Home office setup stipend and ongoing wellness and workspace allowances.
  • Access to fitness and wellness memberships, supplement discounts, and additional lifestyle benefits.
  • Life insurance, disability coverage, learning and development programs, and employee support resources.
  • Opportunity to work in a collaborative, mission-driven, and innovation-focused culture.
