This role is a key leadership position responsible for shaping, optimizing, and evolving enterprise and manufacturing business systems within a fast-growing, technology-driven organization operating at the intersection of aerospace, advanced computing, and mission-critical operations. You will act as both a Business Systems leader and Product Owner, driving the design and delivery of scalable solutions across ERP platforms, enterprise integrations, and operational workflows. The position focuses on improving how finance, manufacturing, operations, and engineering systems interact to enable better decision-making and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions. This role also plays a central part in modernization initiatives, including system redesign and data architecture evolution. It is ideal for someone who thrives in bridging business strategy with systems execution in highly technical environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and evolve enterprise and manufacturing business systems as a Product Owner, ensuring alignment with operational, financial, and engineering priorities across the organization.
  • Lead business requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution definition for ERP systems, integrations, and workflow modernization initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, IT, and external vendors to ensure systems architecture supports business scalability and efficiency.
  • Drive integration strategy and execution across ERP, CRM, finance, inventory, and operational platforms, improving data flow and system interoperability.
  • Support and optimize core business workflows, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and related operational processes.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical documentation, delivery plans, and actionable development roadmaps for engineering teams.
  • Contribute to enterprise modernization initiatives, including system redesign, data architecture improvements, and continuous process optimization.
Requirements:

This role requires strong experience in business systems, enterprise applications, or ERP environments, combined with the ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, systems ownership experience, and a structured approach to complex operational environments.

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Systems, ERP systems, enterprise applications, or business analysis roles in complex organizations.
  • Experience acting as a Product Owner, Business Systems Manager, or Senior Business Systems Analyst in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise business processes across finance, manufacturing, operations, and systems integration landscapes.
  • Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • Experience supporting or improving workflows in finance operations such as AP, AR, payroll, and related enterprise processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) and integration or data flow architectures is highly valued.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range: $128,445 – $167,497 USD
  • Annual bonus eligibility and equity participation opportunities
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Flexible work arrangements (remote or hybrid depending on preference and location)
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Paid time off, including flexible PTO and parental leave
  • Lifestyle spending account and commuter benefits
  • Mental health and wellness resources
  • Supportive and collaborative work environment in a high-growth, mission-driven organization
