This role is an early-career design and BIM production position focused on building strong technical foundations in modeling, documentation, and coordination across multi-discipline projects.
You will support engineering teams by producing accurate Revit models, drawings, and coordinated documentation that reflect project intent and technical standards.
The position offers hands-on exposure to complex technology-driven disciplines such as telecom, audiovisual, security, and network systems.
You will progressively take on greater ownership of coordination tasks, improving model quality, identifying conflicts, and supporting smoother project delivery.
Working closely with mentors and senior staff, you will strengthen your BIM skills through structured feedback, training, and real project experience.

- Support project delivery by developing, updating, and maintaining accurate Revit models, drawings, and coordinated documentation under guidance from senior staff.
- Assist engineers and project teams by implementing markups, performing basic calculations, and preparing supporting design documentation.
- Contribute to coordination efforts by identifying basic clashes, resolving straightforward modeling issues, and applying BIM standards consistently.
- Maintain model health and organization, including worksets, links, view templates, and file structure across multiple projects.
- Participate in QA and early review processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements.
- Assist with documentation of design decisions, coordination updates, and project changes using internal tools and platforms.
- Support continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to templates, workflows, and modeling practices.
- 2+ years of experience in AEC or related industry with exposure to Revit modeling, drafting, and construction documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit; AutoCAD experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows, including basic clash detection in Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Understanding of model organization practices such as links, worksets, and view templates.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines across projects.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with a willingness to learn and receive feedback.
- Experience or interest in technology systems (telecom, AV, security, networks, acoustics, Wi-Fi) is an advantage.
- Competitive salary range: $85,000 – $110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
