Position OverviewResponsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs.
  • Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and ongoing training to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Lead clinic meetings, team trainings, and staff development initiatives.
  • Conduct parent training sessions and coach Behavior Technicians in effective caregiver collaboration.
  • Complete behavioral and skills assessments, including VB-MAPP, AFLS, EFL, and other clinically relevant evaluations.
  • Prepare comprehensive assessment reports and treatment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with schools, day programs, and multidisciplinary teams; attend IEP and treatment planning meetings as needed.
  • Facilitate social skills groups and provide individualized clinical services when appropriate.
  • Analyze client data, monitor treatment progress, and make data-driven program modifications.
  • Update treatment goals, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and complete supervision notes.
  • Conduct staff competency assessments, Interobserver Agreement (IOA) training, performance evaluations, and quality assurance activities.
  • Provide Behavior Skills Training (BST) to new and existing staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Support with onboarding and training of newly hired Behavior Technicians.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, caregivers, staff, and clinical leadership to ensure continuity of care and exceptional client outcomes.

Work Environment

Services are provided in our clinic, as well as in homes, schools, daycares, social skills groups, and community settings. Typical service hours are between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM, with some home-based services extending to 7:30 PM.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
  • Currently enrolled in BCBA coursework and actively pursuing BCBA certification (higher compensation available for BCBA-level supervisors).
  • Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs with individuals diagnosed with ASD and related developmental disabilities.
  • Experience providing parent training and coaching caregivers on behavior management strategies, skill development, and treatment implementation.
  • Experience supervising, mentoring, and training Behavior Technicians using Behavior Skills Training (BST).
  • Familiarity with electronic data collection systems such as Motivity, Aloha, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and committed to providing high-quality clinical services.
