Summary:
The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations while ensuring production goals, safety standards, quality procedures, and operational efficiency targets are achieved. This role will support staffing, employee development, labor efficiency, process improvement, and continuous operational performance initiatives within the facility.

As a Production Manager, You Will:

• Maintain and promote safety throughout all manufacturing operations
• Support and enforce quality procedures and production standards
• Optimize productivity, labor efficiency, and operational profitability
• Organize staffing levels and production workforce scheduling
• Communicate effectively with leadership teams, plant personnel, and cross-functional departments
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across plant operations
• Mentor, coach, train, and develop manufacturing staff
• Support customer visits and new product launch initiatives
• Analyze production rates, labor standards, and waste reduction opportunities
• Lead continuous improvement and operational performance initiatives
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of quality assurance and production issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong operations management and production leadership background
• Experience improving productivity, labor efficiency, and manufacturing performance
• Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Outlook preferred
• Ability to work within fast-paced manufacturing operations and manage multiple priorities
