Magnolia Plumbing is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including offices, restaurants, retail stores, and medical facilities.

The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills and experience working with leak detection, sensor-operated fixtures, grease traps, temperature control systems, and commercial water heaters. We are looking for a dependable professional who can work independently, provide excellent customer service, and deliver high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogged drains, and water pressure problems.
  • Install, maintain, and replace commercial plumbing fixtures and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair commercial water heaters, grease traps, and sensor-operated fixtures.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
  • Ensure all work meets plumbing codes and safety standards.
  • Communicate with customers about repairs and recommended solutions.
  • Complete service reports and maintain inventory in service vehicles.
  • Participate in on-call emergency service as needed.
  • Work independently or with apprentices and team members on larger projects.
Requirements:
  • Valid Journeyman or Master Plumbing/Gas License.
  • Current Backflow Certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and materials.
  • Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined or elevated spaces.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
