In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a high-impact GSI strategy within a rapidly evolving cybersecurity environment. You will collaborate across sales, service provider, marketing, and operations teams to strengthen partner engagement, accelerate pipeline growth, and expand enterprise market reach. The position offers strong visibility across the organization and the chance to shape scalable go-to-market initiatives while working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven, and remote-first culture. Accountabilities:
  • Lead and execute the GSI partner strategy, aligning initiatives with broader channel and service provider business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key GSI stakeholders, serving as the primary point of coordination and escalation.
  • Develop focused go-to-market plans with strategic partners to drive pipeline growth, revenue generation, and service adoption.
  • Establish operational frameworks for partner planning, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders, MSP teams, and field organizations to ensure alignment and maximize partner impact.
  • Coordinate partner enablement initiatives, including certifications, training, and readiness programs to improve solution delivery capabilities.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to support integrated service offerings and market expansion efforts.
  • Monitor and report on partner performance metrics, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in channel sales, strategic partnerships, or alliances within cybersecurity or enterprise technology sectors.
  • Proven experience working with GSIs, MSPs, MSSPs, or large enterprise solution providers in revenue-focused environments.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies such as MDR, EDR/XDR, identity security, and cloud security solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams within global or matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to introduce structure, accountability, and prioritization in fast-evolving business environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive audiences.
  • Strong operational and strategic planning capabilities with experience managing pipeline and performance metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or additional certifications considered a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and remain highly engaged in partner execution activities.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $159,600 to $265,800 USD plus target sales commissions.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexible work arrangements.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage and wellness support programs.
  • Employee-led diversity, inclusion, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Global wellbeing programs, wellness webinars, and recharge days.
  • Opportunities to participate in charity events, volunteer programs, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborative and innovative international work culture with strong team spirit.
  • Professional growth opportunities within a leading cybersecurity ecosystem.
