This role is a senior enterprise leadership position responsible for defining and governing customer master data strategy across a complex, multi-system environment. You will ensure that customer data is accurate, consistent, and effectively leveraged across commercial, operational, financial, and digital ecosystems. Acting as a key steward of data integrity, you will drive governance frameworks, quality standards, and operational controls that support revenue protection and scalable growth. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional leaders across operations, IT, finance, sales, and product teams to align data practices with business needs. You will also oversee MDM platforms and data integration strategies to ensure seamless connectivity across systems. This is a high-impact leadership role where data is central to enterprise transformation, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Deliver and support technical training programs for instructors, assessors, and industry professionals across onboarding, qualification, and ongoing development initiatives.
- Assist in the creation, maintenance, and improvement of training curriculum, manuals, and instructional materials using LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- Support product launch training strategies by ensuring instructor readiness, alignment with delivery timelines, and effective resource coordination.
- Facilitate Instructor and Assessor Qualification Workshops (IQW) and other hands-on or virtual training sessions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support strategic training initiatives and ensure consistency in program delivery.
- Deliver remote and in-person training sessions while maintaining engagement through virtual collaboration tools and interactive facilitation techniques.
- Analyze training performance data, feedback, and metrics to identify trends and recommend process or content improvements.
- Support welding, hands-on, and in-shop assessment activities as part of practical training delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional vocational or technical certifications in collision repair are strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of instructional experience and at least 5 years of experience in the collision repair industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of collision repair procedures, automotive systems, and related technologies.
- Hands-on expertise in welding and practical shop-based processes.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote communication tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret training data and apply insights to improve outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both virtual and in-person environments.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
