Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our innovative and passionate team. A day in this position would consist of answering customer calls, chats and emails throughout select business day and weekend hours. Processing new orders and following up on any unresolved issues. Assisting with returns or damaged items. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fulfilling all customer inquiries during operating. Updating information via our in-house database. Discussing any issues or ideas with fellow team members. Assisting with returns or damaged items.
Responsibilities: ·
- Must be able to commute to Port Washington, New York for work. Job is 100% on site. This role is for Thursday – Monday or Friday – Tuesday availability. Includes training.
- Engage with customers across multiple communication platforms—including phone, email, and live chat—ensuring consistent and personalized service experiences.
- Proactively address and resolve customer concerns with empathy, efficiency, and a solutions oriented approach to uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence.
- Professionally acknowledge and resolve customer concerns with discretion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Support and contribute to website functionality and upkeep by monitoring product listings, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating updates to enhance the user experience.
- Keep good communication with team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent preferred
- 2 + years of Shopify experience
- 2 + years providing excellent Customer Service
- Friendly, outgoing personality, able to work with a team, clients, or individually.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Excel), Google Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation:
- $25.00/ hour
