We're hiring detail-oriented Packer/Inspectors to work with medical device components-this role plays a huge part in making sure products meet strict quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Inspect medical parts and tubing for defects
• Package products carefully following detailed instructions
• Track production, defects, and completed work
• Use tools like magnifiers and measuring devices
• Keep your work area clean and organized (cleanroom standards apply)
• Communicate with your team to keep production running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail (this one matters a lot here)
• Ability to spot small defects and follow precise instructions
• Basic math and computer skills
• Manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus (medical or cleanroom = even better)
• Team player with a solid work ethic

Work Environment:

• Clean, organized manufacturing or cleanroom setting
• May require PPE (gown, gloves, mask, etc.)
• Repetitive hand work and standing for most of the shift
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
