We’re now looking for a driven and capable Credit Analyst to join our high-performing Asset Finance credit team.

The Opportunity

This is more than an assessment role — it’s an opportunity to influence outcomes.

As a Credit Analyst, you will partner with brokers, referrers and our internal sales teams to deliver smart credit decisions. You’ll apply your sound judgement, financial insight and critical thinking to assess borrowing capacity and overall creditworthiness — always balancing opportunity with risk.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Completing thorough and accurate credit assessments across near-prime and sub-prime applications
• Delivering timely, high-quality decisions in line with KPIs and service standards
• Applying an approval-first mindset aligned to our lending appetite
• Communicating clearly and professionally with brokers, BDMs and internal sales teams
• Providing constructive feedback on declined applications to strengthen future submissions
• Ensuring all decisions align with regulatory requirements including NCCP, Privacy and AML/CTF obligations
• Proactively identifying, escalating and managing exceptions or potential risks

• At least 1 year of experience in lending or credit analysis
• Strong knowledge of responsible lending principles and the NCCP Act
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability
