About the Venue Join the culinary team at On the Rocks, a premier seasonal restaurant and special event venue located at the award-winning Fox Hopyard Golf Club. We pride ourselves on showcasing local talent and fresh ingredients from our sourced farmers and suppliers in our newly renovated dining room, casual tavern, and spacious outdoor patio.

The Role We are looking for Experienced Line Cooks who are passionate about quality and consistency. You will be responsible for:

A La Carte & Events: Preparing all food orders and event catering dishes to exact specifications.

Operations: Adhering to strict food safety standards and maintaining a clean, sanitary station.

Kitchen Support: Assisting with inventory, stock rotation, and completing daily prep lists on time.

Teamwork: Maintaining a dependable, helpful, and courteous attitude toward coworkers and members.

RequirementsProven experience in a professional kitchen (Grill, Sauté, and Catering experience earns top pay!).

ServSafe Certification is highly recommended.

Strong personal hygiene and a reliable, professional work ethic.
