We are looking for entry-level team members. Experience in customer service or training will be an advantage. Bilingual communication skills in Spanish-English and Vietnamese-English will be an asset. Our Benefit Representatives meet with members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and parent groups. You will review the family's existing benefits, explain additional benefits, and handle the enrollment.

A college degree is preferred. Associate degree, bachelor's degree, and master's degree candidates are encouraged to apply. We welcome all majors. We particularly look for coursework in communications, marketing, healthcare, and business.
