What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a team of HVAC service technicians
• Ensure top-tier customer experience, efficient scheduling, and dispatch coordination
• Develop training programs to improve technician performance and skill
• Track department KPIs: productivity, callback reduction, profit margins
• Drive results through coaching, accountability, and operational structure
• Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and call center teams
• Manage service budgets, warranty claims, and daily job expenses
• Enforce safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and company standards


What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience
• 3+ years in a supervisory or service manager role
• Strong leadership, communication, and training ability
• Results-oriented mindset with an eye for operational improvement
• Technically proficient in service diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software (preferred)
• EPA certification and valid driver’s license (required)
• NATE certification (preferred)
