We are especially interested in candidates with previous insurance sales experience and active insurance licenses. However, if you have a successful track record in another sales environment, we are willing to provide the insurance training and education needed to help you succeed. • Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs
  
• Develop new business through leads, referrals, networking, and consistent follow-up
  
• Recommend and sell appropriate auto, home, life, and other insurance products
  
• Educate customers about coverage options and help them make informed decisions
  
• Build lasting customer relationships through professional service and follow-through
  
• Identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships through additional products and coverage
  
• Follow up with prospective customers and turn opportunities into sales
  
• Work toward individual sales goals and contribute to the agency's continued success

• We are looking for someone who enjoys sales, takes initiative, communicates well, and is motivated by achieving results.
• Our ideal candidate will have one of the following backgrounds:
• Previous insurance agency or insurance sales experience, preferably with an active Property & Casualty license
• Experience selling insurance products and building a book of business
• A successful sales background in a related field, such as automotive sales, financial services, real estate, telecommunications, or another consultative sales environment

Additional qualifications:

• Active P&C insurance license preferred; candidates without a license may be considered with relevant sales experience and a willingness to obtain licensing
• Life & Health license is a plus
• Previous success meeting sales goals or performance targets
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations, identifying customer needs, and asking for the sale
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn
• Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in person at our Round Rock office
