General Maintenance Technician in Homestead, Florida at Toy Tech Motors Corporation

We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and hands-on General Maintenance Technician to support our Maintenance Manager with the daily maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our facilities.

The ideal candidate is a versatile maintenance professional with experience in general building maintenance, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and basic repairs.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, physically capable, and comfortable handling a variety of maintenance tasks. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, experience using hand and power tools, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with basic electrical maintenance, painting, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Previous experience in general maintenance, building maintenance, facility maintenance, or a similar hands-on role.
• Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager with daily maintenance operations, repairs, and facility improvement projects.
• Complete general handyman tasks such as painting, drywall repairs, furniture assembly, installations, and minor carpentry.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities remain in good working condition.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical movements throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely use ladders and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable personal transportation.
• Must be willing and able to travel between multiple company locations throughout the workday to perform assigned maintenance duties.
• Willingness to assist with a variety of maintenance and facility-related tasks.
