Material Handler in Florence, Alabama at Revolution Sustainable Solutions LLC

Join the Revolution Team! Revolution is seeking a dependable and motivated Material Handler to join our manufacturing team in Florence, AL. This position plays an important role in supporting daily production and warehouse operations by ensuring materials are properly received, organized, transported, and available to meet production needs.

The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are looking for a team player who takes pride in their work, follows established procedures, and is committed to maintaining an efficient and organized workplace.

• Accurately record and put inventory away.
• Stage orders before shipping.
• Pull orders when ready to ship.
• Inspect trucks before loading to ensure safety compliance.
• Verify trucks are loaded with the correct product.
• Complete necessary paperwork.
• Maintain a clean working area.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Other responsibilities are assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to physically meet the requirement of the job, including lifting up to 40 lbs with assistance.
• 1 year of forklift driving experience in an industrial environment preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Willing to work in a customer-driven and safety-conscious organization.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities within the workday.
