Joe Bullard Automotive Group is seeking an experienced, results-driven Service Manager to lead the service department at our Land Rover dealership in Mobile, Alabama.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have proven success in automotive service management, preferably at a franchised dealership.

• Understand service department financial statements, labor sales, gross profit, productivity, and expense management.

• Know how to recruit, develop, motivate, and retain exceptional service advisors and technicians.

• Be committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Have strong operational knowledge of warranty processes, service scheduling, shop capacity, and workflow management.

• Be comfortable establishing expectations, holding team members accountable, and leading by example.

• Bring a positive, professional attitude and a genuine desire to build a successful team.

Luxury dealership experience is a plus, but leadership ability, proven results, and character matter most.

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the service department.

• Maximize service sales, profitability, technician productivity, and operational efficiency.

• Develop and coach service advisors, technicians, and support personnel.

• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer service excellence.

• Monitor departmental performance and implement strategies for continued improvement.

• Maintain manufacturer standards, warranty compliance, and customer satisfaction objectives.

• Work closely with the General Manager to establish and achieve department goals.
