Purpose:

Christian Discipleship

• Teach classes to program students from the Bible about life change through the gospel
• Provide counsel to program students from the Bible about life change through the gospel
• Pray that the Spirit of God would bring life change through the gospel to program students

Case Management

• Meet regularly with program students to evaluate progress according to program criteria
• Support program students in obtaining personal documents and medical care
• Hold program students accountable to legal and financial responsibilities
• Assist program students in obtaining and maintaining employment
• Lead program students in learning and implementing life skills as needed

Program Oversight

• Oversee program students, facilities, and activities
• Hold program students accountable to current program policies and processes
• Communicate with other program staff about program-related incidents and student progress
• Provide transportation to program students as needed
• Participate in Men’s Aftercare staff meetings and other team-building activities

The Details

Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday

Hours: 12:00 -10:00 pm or 10:00 am - 8:00 pm

Compensation: $21.20/hour
