Starting at $15 an hour depending on experience. Experienced laborers with more than 2 years of experience can start at $23 an hour.

• 1 or more years experience in the asphalt industry skilled in all aspects of asphalt labor.
• Ability to use tools such as shovels, brooms, and asphalt rakes.
• Ability to operate asphalt-related equipment a plus.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Extensive knowledge of safety standards/precautions pertaining to field construction.
• Must be safety and customer focused.
• Must work well with others.
• Must be dependable.
• Must pass drug and alcohol test.
