Responsibilities: As a Quality Control Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of new and multi-year sponsorship contracts. Your work is crucial in minimizing invoicing errors, enhancing the precision of financial reporting, forecasting, and ensuring equitable seller compensation.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

  • Thorough Contract Reviews: Meticulously review sponsorship contracts to guarantee compliance with company policies including Finance, Legal, and Auditing.
  • Customer Support: Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to contracts, revenue recognition, and customer accounts. Proactively address questions, provide insightful solutions, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Audit Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external audit teams, providing necessary documentation and insights to support audit processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the enhancement of existing processes and systems, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and proposing innovative solutions to streamline workflow.
  • Adaptable Problem Solver: Tackle challenges with a proactive mindset, offering creative solutions to ensure the smooth execution of quality control processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines while contributing positively to team dynamics. Balance autonomy with effective teamwork to achieve collective goals.

Qualifications:

  • Organizational Mastery: Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of contract review and quality control processes.
  • Effective Communication: Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, displaying an appropriate level of assertiveness to convey information effectively.
  • Independence and Team Spirit: Comfortably operate both independently and as part of a collaborative team, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
  • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus, demonstrating a technological edge in managing contracts and customer interactions.
