The Position: We are looking for a Seating Technician to join our growing team!
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma; College degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering consumer equipment required; CRT or DME experience required
Below are some key functions and skills for this opportunity:
- Assists with evaluations, in-services, and demos in professional settings such as hospitals, clinics, or patient homes
- Delivers and assembles home medical equipment
- Interacts with patients and acquires accurate delivery paperwork
- Completes continuing education on rehab product
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or more consistently
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and set up complex power chairs
- Mechanical problem solving capabilities
- Ability to interact effectively with patients
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understand basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently, be detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to meet multiple competing deadlines
- Required to be certified via internal certification process
High School or better.
Bachelors or better.
