Were looking for a Senior Product Manager (Platform) to help shape and execute the strategy for the foundational platform that powers all SugarCRM products. This role is critical in driving platform capabilities that enable scalable, secure, and delightful experiences across our ecosystem. Youll collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UX, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver impactful platform initiatives.
**This role operates on a hybrid model, with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Denver, CO location, specifically, working in-office a minimum of 3 days per week.**

Impact You Will Make in the Role:- Execute on Platform Vision: Translate the platform strategy into actionable roadmaps and deliverables that support consistent, scalable experiences across SugarCRM products.
- Drive Key Initiatives: Lead projects that unify user and admin experiences, enhance extensibility, and enable integrations across the ecosystem.
- Advance Conversational AI and Analytics: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver platform capabilities that power AI-driven experiences and analytics.
- Own Core Platform Components: Manage requirements and execution for initiatives like analytics, identity and user management, common data models, and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
- Measure Impact: Define and track KPIs for platform adoption and performance, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of product management experience, including enterprise SaaS products; experience in CRM, CX, or adjacent domains is a plus.
- Strong understanding of platform and ecosystem strategy including APIs, integrations, and extensibility.
- Proven experience in delivering AI-driven platform capabilities, including conversational AI and advanced analytics
- Proven ability to deliver cross-product initiatives such as unified UX, analytics, or data frameworks.
- Technical acumen to engage effectively with Engineering and Architecture teams.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
Expected salary range, depending on experience.
