Garage Floater - Lincoln, NE at LAZ Parking Midwest, LLC – Lincoln, Nebraska

**Position Details**

Schedule:FT Sat-Sun 8am-4:30pm & Mon-Wed 2pm-10:30pm

Pay:$17.24/hour

Where:Downtown Lincoln!

The Spirit of the Position:

A Floater is expected to be actively making the parking experience a pleasant one for internal (co-workers) and external customers (paying customers). At times when there is very little entry and exit traffic, Floaters should be actively performing light maintenance duties or checking the garages for transients, skateboarders, etc. in the facilities in addition to anything assigned from a supervisor.

Customer Service:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explaining to customers how to use the machines.
• Quickly fix a malfunction or error.
• Immediately responding to calls and issues.
• Helping with garage counts and collecting tickets.

Maintenance:

• Cleaning and repairing equipment.
• Alerting management of potential issues with safety and security, including maintenance issues.

Requirements:

• Must have a good driving record.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to be on feet more than 6 hours.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
