Retail Operations Manager in Duluth, Georgia at Nth Degree

We are looking to add an Operations Manager to our Corporate Retail Division. The Retail team executes full build-outs, change-outs, fixture installations, kiosks and signage installations, and more, in retail stores, malls, airports, stadiums and arenas, hotels and resorts, model homes, offices and meeting centers.

To be successful in this role, the Retail Operations Manager must have a solid understanding of the retail operations and internal processes that provide for on-time delivery of services, as well as the back-end functions that ensure proper processing of payments and financial reporting.

You will report directly to the Director of Retail Services and be based out of Nth Degree’s corporate office in Duluth GA. We do function in a hybrid capacity; typically, two days in the office, three days remote.

Salary is $70-75K

What You’ll Do:

• Provide accurate project estimates with a complete understanding of internal process and cost parameters
  • Handle internal financial-related functions, including creating and approving invoices, managing per diems, and expenses
  • Enter work orders and maintain accurate tracking of project execution to successful completion
  • Collaborate with internal teams and sub-contractors to ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices, and submission of installation paperwork and pictures within 24 hours of project location completion.
  • Accurately and thoroughly document meetings and action items, ensuring that commitments are met in a timely manner
  • Proactively, and as required, engage clients and partners to ensure smooth operations and the accurate flow of information
  • Works cross-functionally to ensure client deliverables and reporting are met.
  • Other duties as assigned

Who You Are:

• At least 3 years in a relevant operations role, with increasing responsibility for successful execution of internal processes
• Demonstrated communication skills that support internal execution, as well as customer service excellence
• Operate with a sense of urgency, adhering to project timelines and delivery commitments
• Proven management of highly detailed processes, with a focus on ownership and accountability
• Functional Excel skills
• Experience with Google Sheets a plus
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
