RBT Western Branch at DYNAMIC THERAPY AND CONSULTING, LLC – CHESAPEAKE, Virginia

Dynamic Therapy and Consulting, LLC is a clinic-based ABA provider in the Western Branch area of Chesapeake, Virginia. All employees are held to high ethical, clinical, and professional standards. We aim to be a leader in compassionate and trauma-informed care in Hampton Roads.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services with clients in the clinic setting

2. Accurately implement clients’ individualized behavior protocols as directed by the clinical supervisor

3. Professional daily communication with clients’ families and caretakers

4. Accurately record data in real time

5. Complete daily progress notes meeting company standards by the end of each business day

6. Maintain an organized and sanitary clinical space for clients

7. Adhere to the BACB RBT Ethical Guidelines

8. Work collaboratively with supervisors to achieve best clinical outcomes for clients

9. Comply with all HIPAA regulations

10. Attend mandatory staff trainings and complete asynchronous trainings by the deadline given by the clinical director

11. Adhere to company policies

Qualifications:

1. Hold and maintain a registered behavior technician credential through the BACB

2. Hold and maintain a current CPR/BLS certification completed in person

3. Pass a criminal background check

4. Preferred: previous experience as an RBT in clinic or home settings

5. Preferred: previous experience using Skill-Based Teaching (SBT)
