Marketing Coordinator (Entry-Level)

Are you early in your marketing career and ready to get real, hands-on experience—not just busy work? This role is built for someone who wants to learn, execute, and grow.

All-n-One Outdoor Solutions is looking for an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing efforts across landscaping, irrigation, snow, and garden center operations. You'll work directly with our Sales & Marketing team to execute campaigns, manage customer communications, and build practical marketing skills that translate into long-term career growth.

What You'll Do

Email Marketing & Customer Communication

Build, schedule, and send monthly and seasonal email campaigns using Constant Contact
Assist with educational newsletters that explain services, benefits, and next steps for customers
Send targeted, time-sensitive emails (renewals, seasonal reminders, service deadlines)
Manage Google Review outreach and track results

Social Media & Brand Support

Create and schedule social media posts that align with seasonal priorities
Help monitor online reputation and support review response efforts
Capture photos and content from the field to support authentic marketing

Marketing Projects & Team Support

Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and special projects
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and the Garden Center
Support multiple brands while maintaining consistent messaging and tone

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED required (college coursework in marketing or communications is a plus)
Strong writing skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with technology, digital tools, and learning new systems
Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks
Curious, coachable, and motivated to grow

Marketing experience is helpful—but not required. We care more about mindset, work ethic, and follow-through.
