- 20+ years of experience specializing in corporate campus and workplace architecture.
- Widely regarded as a thought leader by peers and clients within the corporate workplace sector.
- Proven record of designing and delivering award-winning corporate campus projects.
- Demonstrated success in business planning, practice building, and business development strategy.
- Deeply knowledgeable about design, workplace, real estate, and business trends shaping the future of work.
- Creative yet analytical; visionary yet grounded; confident yet collaborative.
- Experienced communicator who can inspire teams and earn trust at the executive level.
- Licensed architect preferred (or ability to obtain licensure).
- Open to travel to support national clients, teams, and pursuits.
