What You’ll Do:

Prepare and sanitize exam rooms before and between patientsRoom patients and record vital signs and assessmentsManage patient charts and electronic medical records (EMR)Handle phone calls, referrals, and patient result notificationsSet up orders for transfusions, hospital admissions, phlebotomy, and moreMonitor prescription folders and assist with drug replacement programsCoordinate special testing and physician requests

What We’re Looking For:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)- **Only candidates who currently hold a valid Medical Assistant certification or the ability to obtain w/in 90 days will be considered***1-2 years of MA experience in a fast-paced settingStrong communication, organizational and customer service skillsCompassionate, team-oriented, and adaptable personalityEMR experience and computer proficiency a plusPositive, professional attitude with a team-first mindset and a passion for oncology care
