MFG Support-Label Area at Centrix Inc – Shelton, Connecticut

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for supporting functions related to operations as well as label and customer documentation requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Generate appropriate product labels for all applicable work orders on a daily basis, moving them timely to the Assembly floor.
• Manage and maintain the label area, including printers and software, and working with vendors and Centrix IT Department as necessary
• Process all letters of compliance/certs for OEM customers, working with Director of Contract Services, Manufacturing Supervisor and Production Planner to make sure all OEM jobs are in compliance and on time
• Run Auto.Close end of every day, track down and resolve any issues, and file paperwork
• Organize and file closed work orders timely
• Creating Transparency
• Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Good communication and mathematical skills
• Computer literacy, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to prioritize
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous administrative experience
• Previous computer experience required
