Student Staff Radiologic Tech at Lake Regional Health System – Osage Beach, Missouri

Lake Regional Health System is looking for a dedicated student Staff Rad Tech to deliver high-quality service, a professional approach & appearance and promote customer satisfaction by providing courteous, confidential, proficient practices and prompt response as a fully contributing member of the patient care team. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares preliminary reports and contacts referring physicians when required
• Coordinates with other staff to assure appropriate patient care is provided
• Address patient problems as they arise & make decisions to appropriately resolve the issue
• Organizes daily work schedules and performs related clerical duties as required
• Assume responsibility for the safety and well-being of all patients
• Report equipment failure to the appropriate individual.
• Explain procedures to patients
• Help care for and maintain equipment

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Currently compliant with required continuing education
• An annual influenza vaccine is required.
