As a "Good Place" company, we operate with integrity, safety, and a dedication to building lasting relationships with our customers.

We are seeking a Senior Field Services Technician to lead critical field operations that keep electrical power systems safe, reliable, and performing at their best. This role plays a direct part in ensuring the reliability and life extension of critical electrical infrastructure that powers homes, hospitals, businesses, and entire communities. Every project completed contributes to safer systems, reduced downtime, and improved operational continuity for customers who depend on uninterrupted power.

  • Equipment & Installations: Install EP products (DryMax®, SampleSafe®, IR windows) and perform minor repairs on field equipment.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols (LOTO, confined space, electrical safety), maintain accurate documentation, and ensure vehicle and equipment standards.
  • Customer & Team Interaction: Provide professional customer service, communicate effectively in the field, and maintain strong working relationships with customers and team members.
