Supply Chain Change Management Partner – SAP S/4HANA at Innovecture – East Hanover, New Jersey

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in Change Management, OCM, or Training/Readiness roles on large SAP programs
• Hands-on experience supporting Supply Chain functions (MTI, STP, Logistics, Warehousing, or OT)
• Prior experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC transformation programs
• Strong ability to create communications, stakeholder messages, and readiness templates
• Experience engaging Key Users, Site Champions, and cross-functional SC teams
• Comfortable with readiness metrics, KPIs, trackers, and reporting
• Ability to operate in a global matrixed environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
• Experience working with EMEA or Middle Eastern regions is a strong plus
• Multilingual skills are a plus (Arabic/European languages)

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or global Supply Chain environments
• Exposure to OT (Order-to-Delivery) or LogOps change initiatives
