About This Position
Responsibilities:
● Diagnose and repair hotside and coldside kitchen equipment including bakery equipment.
● Facilitate and assist with repairs on dishwashers.
● Project a positive and professional demeanor.
● Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
● Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
● Research parts & supplies as needed.
● Maintain parts backstock to minimize downtime.
● Oversee third-party hood and PCU cleaning.
● Complete Service Tickets using Limble CMMS
● Flexibility to assist with other facilities projects when short-staffed or when additional help is needed.

Qualifications:
● High school diploma or GED
● EPA certification
● Technical training is preferred
● Proficient use of general power and hand tools
● Ability to identify, diagnose, and repair issues
● Highest standards of quality and attention to detail
● Ability to communicate issues to management
● Valid Driver's License
Details:
● Salary: Dependent upon experience
● Experience: 2+ years of commercial kitchen equipment experience is preferred
