Purpose
The Operations Supervisor in the NY Foreclosure Department is responsible to lead and support various operational activities by both executing critical tasks and overseeing staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency and adherence to established requirements. The operational tasks handled under this role include but are not limited to non-mortgage foreclosure matters, extend LPs, surrogate matters, transfer files and executable documents. This role will also serve as the primary liaison to the Foreclosure Managers and act as a main of contact to correspond with clients, courts, prior counsel, and vendors related to the specified pleadings.
Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities
- File management of non-mortgage foreclosure matters, extending Lis Pendens (LPs), surrogate matters, transfer files and executable documents.
- Oversee staff, prioritize workflows, monitor daily performance, and ensure adherence to established procedural standards and timelines.
- Prepare, review, and draft legal pleadings and "executable documents".
- Serve as primary liaison to the Foreclosure Managers
- Serve as the primary contact for correspondence with clients, courts, vendors, and prior counsel regarding specific pleadings.
- Perform quality control checks, monitor foreclosure timelines, and resolve escalated issues.
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

- Prepares and maintains productivity reporting
- Ensures proper training of staff assigned.
- Review client alerts related assigned functions and communicate procedural changes as applicable to ensure compliance.
- Identify and analyze process gaps and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Update client electronic systems, including but not limited to ICE | LoanSphere, TEMPO, SSE, etc.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Minimum 4 years of judicial foreclosure experience or Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role required
- Previous experience coordinating and/or managing remote employees required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Excel) required, prior experience in foreclosure processing client systems required, previous law firm or loan processing experience required.
