Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffees, ice cream, and quick bites according to company standards

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area

- Handle register operations and process transactions accurately

- Restock supplies and ensure equipment is functioning properly

- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers

- Promote menu items and upsell products to enhance sales

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or barista role preferred but not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

- Basic math skills for cash handling

- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus
