Accountabilities- Develop and maintain deep understanding of key customers' structure and needs.
- Facilitate own training in sales, sourcing, and operational throughput.
- Ensure accuracy in customer requirements and data integrity.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly gross profit sales targets.
- Communicate the companys culture, values, and value proposition effectively.
- Provide immediate solutions to customer inquiries and problems.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare and present reports on customer interactions and sales performance.
- 4-year degree in a sales-related field.
- 8-12+ years of experience in sales within the electronics components industry.
- Proven expertise in sourcing, account management, and CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of electronic components and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and report findings accurately.
