About This Position

Description:

This isn’t your typical RT job.

For nearly 30 years, respiratory therapy has been missing from long-term care. We’re bringing it back.

This is a chance to step into a new model of care — where you’re not just treating symptoms, you’re owning outcomes.
You’ll work with the same residents every day, track their progress, and build real relationships — not just pass through like in a hospital. If you’ve ever wanted to actually see your impact… this is it.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide hands-on respiratory care (nebs, assessments, airway clearance, etc.)
  • Track progress and adjust care plans
  • Work directly with nursing + physicians to improve outcomes
  • Be the respiratory expert in the building

What You Need

  • Active RT license (RRT or CRT)
  • BLS (ACLS if working with vents — can get after hire)
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

The Bottom Line

This isn’t a hospital grind. This is relationship-based care with real outcomes. If you want to change how respiratory care is delivered — apply.
