This role is focused on driving customer success through deep engagement, strong adoption strategies, and long-term value realization for advanced clinical research technology solutions. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of the platform while strengthening retention and satisfaction across key accounts. Working at the intersection of customer success, product, and commercial teams, you will help shape how users adopt and experience technology in the clinical trials ecosystem. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on client engagement, leveraging data and insights to improve outcomes. You will also play a key role in identifying expansion opportunities and elevating the overall customer journey. This is a remote-based role within a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on improving clinical research outcomes.
- Develop and execute scalable client adoption and engagement strategies to ensure customers achieve full value from technology solutions.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, driving proactive engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Design and manage adoption programs, training initiatives, workshops, and enablement resources to improve platform utilization.
- Use product usage analytics to identify adoption trends, customer needs, risks, and opportunities for deeper engagement or expansion.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams to align adoption strategies with business and product goals.
- Support customer advocacy by identifying champions, collecting success stories, and enabling participation in case studies and community programs.
- 8+ years of experience in customer success, client engagement, or adoption-focused roles within a SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
- Strong understanding of clinical trials, including key stakeholders and the clinical research technology ecosystem.
- Proven ability to design and scale customer adoption programs across diverse client segments.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and product usage insights to drive engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder influence skills across all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional, and fast-paced environments.
- Competitive base salary range ($94,000 – $173,000 depending on experience and location)
