Looking for the perfect summer job? Love the outdoors, working with kids, and making a difference? Join the team at Rock Hill Resident Camp and experience an unforgettable summer filled with hiking, campfires, team-building, outdoor adventures, and lifelong memories.

We are hiring enthusiastic and responsible staff members to work with girls ages 7–17 in a fun, supportive, and inclusive camp environment. Experience working with children or at camp is helpful, but not required for many roles — training is provided!

Waterfront Director
Unit Leaders (21+)
Counselors (18+)
Nature Specialist
Lifeguards (18+)

What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise campers in daily activities
Teach outdoor skills, games, crafts, and specialty programs
Create a safe, fun, and positive environment
Support teamwork, leadership, and camper growth
Participate in camp traditions, waterfront activities, and evening programs
Qualifications
Must meet minimum age requirements for selected role
Positive attitude, energy, and willingness to work outdoors
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Certifications preferred for specialty and waterfront positions (training available for select roles)
